I ordered their eg4 12000xp inverter and it arrived super quickly. Further more I ordered sum gold solar panels after seeing how fast the inverter made it to me and there was a 10 day delay on them and they had the decency to call me to let me know that the delay was taking place to make sure I didn't want to cancel. Great customer support !!! I will definitely be ordering more through this company.

Are you a DIY solar power wannabe? I was, but almost gave up after visiting a dozen sites and listening to the .com power gurus who left me with more questions than answers...that is 'til I connected with Manny, the founder, chief cook and bottle washer at Off-Grid Source. The man's a prince! He not only knows his stuff; Manny's got the patience of Job when it came to walking me through all things electrical. I would have ditched the whole idea of going off-grid if not for his support. To make sure I had all I needed...the right gauge wire for example...he gave me his cell phone # to text him anytime I got confused...nights and weekends included. For the real complex stuff Manny spoke directly with the guy helping me with the install. The prices at Off-Grid were very competitive, in most instances Manny matched or beat the lowest prices I found. That's pretty special indeed...especially when you're looking to spend upwards of $40k. But I can't emphasize enough how helpful he was, way beyond making a sale. Definitely go with Manny -- you won't go wrong!

I ordered this setup from Off-Grid Source and Manny promptly processed my order and I received both items within 5 business days. I was so eager to get the items that I called Manny a couple of times before I got the tracking numbers, but Manny picked up the phone (even late in the evening during off hours) and assured me that I'll be informed of the tracking numbers as soon as they were available, and I sure did get them as promised. As for the buying process, it couldn't be smoother. I called Manny up and asked for a price match, which he happily obliged, and on top of that, I didn't have to pay taxes. Happy with the Bluetti AC60P so far, although I haven't had the opportunity to really push it's capabilities. Charged at a consistent 150-160 watts from a Bluetti PV200 solar panel on a sunny day. Controls and app integration are very user friendly. The extra 100 watt hours or so over the standard AC60 model and Off-Grid Source's pricing made this purchase a great value in my opinion. There are only a couple of things I've been somewhat disappointed with. One is the wireless charging pad, which is finicky regarding phone placement and never charges above 9-10 watts. Another is the 100W USB-C port, which hasn't delivered much better than the wireless pad, even when used with a 60W PD cable. Other than those items, I'm glad to own the AC60P and to have bought it from Off-Grid Source.

We started looking at portable power stations so we could use a panini press while tailgating. Our research helped us understand we needed something that could handle the wattage which led to the purchase of the Delta 2. We chose the Delta 2 over the Delta due to the newer and longer lasting battery technology. It has been great for a 1650 watt press which we typically use for 15-20 minutes with 60% of the station’s battery remaining. The station seemed like the best value (price, power, reputation) and so far, we are very pleased. It is about the size of a car battery and although they aren’t highlighted on the EcoFlow website, it comes with six a/c outlets, two of which are three pronged.

Nice product. A little weird that it can't be charged stand alone, but not that big of a deal. Just need to have both batteries together. Nonetheless, good price during Black Friday. Additionally, they honored another -($50) discount as there was a marketed price decrease during a flash sale. They didn't have to do this, but they did. Much appreciated.

I was lucky enough to be able to pickup my new Ecoflow Delta 2 on Black Friday, the deal was so good and with these specs it knocks any thing comparable to the delta 2 out of the park. I regularly go off roading and camping, before this I have a GoalZero Yeti 500x (which is only $150 less for a much less capable unit) after getting my dometic fridge and now a diesel heater this winter I found myself needing a bigger unit. The specs speak for themselves and in a package the size of a small desktop computer I couldn’t be happier with the Delta 2. I also work in construction and we don’t always have readily available electricity to warm up our food… just for fun one day I brought it in and it powered our microwave with no issues!! I was pumped! I highly recommend the Delta 2!

Just love my Eco Flow system. We don't have very many outages but when we do it's a total pain since both my wife and myself work from home. I really can't afford for things to be down for long. With the Smart Home panel and one Delta Pro I have the piece of mind knowing that things will seamlessly keep right on going. I plan on a future solar expansion to help charge and run my electrical.

I’m not a huge off grid person but reason for my purchase was mainly for tailgating football games and for camping trips. I paired this up with the 200W fold up solar panels. So far I think it’s the perfect mix of power and portability. At tailgate for running the tv, electronics and hot plates. Also for short camping trips with small camper, runs just about everything if needed. Also just nice to have around during winter if power goes out to keep essentials powered. So far happy with purchase.
